Meter Calibration Services :-  Removal of meter from the line

Carry out test and repair before sending for calibration

Carry out dry calibration 

Witness service at calibration lab

Reinstall after calibration. Provide single point responsibility to carry out calibration of gas and liquid meters

Gas chromatograph Repeatability & Accuracy check

Flow computers Calculation & accumulation test 

Produce report State accuracy & uncertainty of measurement of complete metering system.

LONG TERM MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS

Maintenance Contracts with customized combination above services.  Preventive Maintenance – Regular inspection as per product specific maintenance schedule 

Verification/Validation – Regular Verification to ensure the metering equipment is still working to the required accuracy in most cost effective way.

Calibration – Calibration of field equipment and flow meters 

Remote Support – Remote access helps customer to trace faults in shortest time possible.

On Site Support (Emergency) – Service Engineer is available at site on priority basis. 

Customer Training – Operation and maintenance courses are aimed to qualify customer engineers for basic level support.  

Meter tube inspection and certification – Carried out based on maintenance program

PERIODIC PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

.Services during Periodic Maintenance 

Experienced service Engineers/Techs perform periodic inspection of equipment or system

Check proper operation and performance parameters of products and system and carry out necessary adjustment and replace consumables and defective parts/products.
